Questions worth asking
Clarity before you commit.
You should understand how the work, your people, your data and the investment will be handled before making a decision.
Choose a question below. If your situation is more specific, bring it to the discovery call and we will give you a direct answer.
What kinds of processes can PrimalIntell automate?+
Repetitive, rules-based or information-heavy processes across customer enquiries, sales follow-up, finance operations, reporting, content, HR, approvals and internal administration. We first confirm that automation is actually appropriate.
Do we need to replace our existing software?+
Usually not. We prefer to improve the process and connect tools you already use. If a current system creates a serious constraint, we will explain the options and trade-offs before recommending a change.
Do you work with small businesses or larger organisations?+
Both. A smaller business may begin with one high-friction workflow; a larger organisation may require discovery, governance, security review and a phased implementation.
Do you provide executive and employee AI training?+
Yes. We offer executive opportunity workshops, workforce productivity programmes, department-specific learning and practical training for process owners or internal AI champions. The emphasis is on safe, useful application to real work.
Can training be customised to our industry or department?+
Yes. We adapt examples, exercises and safeguards to the organisation’s priorities, roles, data sensitivity and current level of AI maturity. A leadership team, customer-service department and internal automation team should not receive the same programme.
Do you implement systems after training?+
Yes. Training can stand alone, but our strongest engagements connect learning to an assessment, a priority use case and implementation. This helps the organisation turn knowledge into measurable operating improvement.
Can you help us develop an AI-use policy?+
Yes. We can help define acceptable use, data handling, access controls, human-review requirements, ownership, escalation and monitoring. The level of governance is matched to the organisation and the risk of each use case.
Do you work with our IT, security and compliance teams?+
Yes. For larger or sensitive engagements, we collaborate with the people responsible for systems, information security, privacy, legal and risk so that implementation fits the organisation’s requirements.
Which AI and automation technologies do you use?+
We select technologies according to the business problem, security requirements, existing systems and long-term maintainability. PrimalIntell works across leading AI, automation, productivity and business-platform technologies rather than forcing every client into one tool.
How do you protect our data?+
We use data minimisation, appropriate access controls, documented integrations and human oversight. Hosting and architecture are selected according to the sensitivity of the use case. Enterprise work can include client-owned infrastructure, audit trails and formal data-processing terms.
Will automation replace our employees?+
Our aim is to remove repetitive work, not human value. Roles may change as routine tasks decline, so we design for clear ownership, training and higher-value work. We are candid when an automation has workforce implications.
What happens after a workflow goes live?+
You can choose a documented handover to your team or a managed-support arrangement. Managed support can include monitoring, incident response, maintenance and agreed improvements.
How long does implementation take?+
A focused workflow may take a few weeks; multi-process or enterprise programmes take longer. Timing depends on process clarity, integrations, security and stakeholder availability. Discovery produces a realistic scope and schedule.
How much does an automation project cost?+
The cost depends on process complexity, number of systems involved, data and security requirements, and the level of ongoing support. After an initial assessment, we provide a clearly scoped proposal, typically separating discovery, implementation, third-party software and optional managed support. This gives you a defined investment and expected business outcome before work begins.
Do you only work in Nigeria or Africa?+
No. We are Africa-led and particularly familiar with the realities of African businesses, but the principles, systems and delivery model can support organisations operating across and beyond Africa.
How do we begin?+
Complete the short qualification form and book an assessment. We will identify the business problem, desired outcome and likely starting point before discussing tools or a proposal.
Not sure what kind of help you need?
Tell us what is creating friction. We will help you identify a practical place to begin.
