PrimalIntell grew from first-hand experience of running organisations where growth, recurring work and knowledge concentrated in a few people created operational strain.

One period of disruption made the problem impossible to ignore. Over six months, an entire content operation was documented, redesigned and automated. Work previously carried by a large department became manageable by a small team supported by reliable systems and human review.
